ABOUT RACHEL NAKANO

I come from a very small town, no more than 2100 people. I grew up on the idea that hard work and determination was key to survival, but also that individuality and diversity was highly regarded. I cried a lot as a child and young adult, so I had to be extra vigilant to keep my emotions in check. I never hid my emotions and very much lived with my heart on my sleeve. With determination I dug my heels in and found a well rounded way of working and presenting myself. I was resolved to never be a lowly employee again, and was able to develop some new leadership skills. My talents lie in developing myself and people. I have a heart to help others in a very constructive way. No person is too hard for me to help. Learning curves are fun to figure out, and teaching methods can and should be changed to develop people successfully. I work well in small groups and one on one settings, but I\'m never opposed to change, in fact I embrace change as it comes. I think this makes it easy for me to adapt to the ever changing trends in business and life. My goal is to help middle class families become financially independent. I don\'t think success is something that should be hoarded, but shared with those who are motivated to change theirs and their families lives. My husband Ryo is my support always, and challenges me to be better every day. We have two beautiful girls, and our hobbies include travel in and outside the U.S, camping outdoors, fishing, multicultural foods and activities. Above all we love God, and let him be the leading example in our lives.
