I have had an amazing career so far - multiple degrees and papers published, conferences presented at, developing technologies for building up the space economy, and now managing the people developing first of their kind high power lasers. I\'ve managed programs and projects, budgets and schedules, strategy and customers. And the major thing I\'ve learned after all of this innovation and growth- I love working with people and finding the thing that makes them tick. I find pride in putting panels together to talk about diversity and inclusion in the workplace. I live for the moments where I can make a concept work in the brain of another.
