ABOUT RACHEL MOSKOWITZ

I specialize in providing solution-focused therapy and divorce solutions. As a Collaborative Divorce Facilitator, my role is to provide support to the divorcing couple through the Collaborative Divorce process. Collaborative Divorce is a healthier way to get divorced. I teach clients how to co-parent effectively and how to manage their emotions before, during, and after the divorce. This process is an efficient, less expensive, private, practical approach to divorce. A Collaborative Divorce is done in a series of meetings with a team of collaboratively trained professionals. The teams consists of a collaboratively trained licensed mental health professional, financial professional, and attorneys for each spouse that aid the divorcing couple through the process. The process is shorter in duration than a typical courtroom divorce. Couples with or without children can utilize this process. I believe in helping the couple do what is best for them. The collaborative divorce model is a \"win-win\" model vs. a typical litigated \"win-lose\" model. The couple makes decisions as to what would be best for them and their family. I strongly believe in the collaborative divorce process and have had very positive feedback from couples who have been through it.
