I enjoy working with others and like to please others. I am effective at making sure that everyone in a group is contributing and doing what they are best at. An example would be a group trying to make a car. The person that enjoys designing the body of the car should be doing that and should not be physically building the car. However, everyone in the group needs to be contributing to the success of the final product.
