I’ve spent the last five years running the full backend of a thriving mental health practice: managing people, systems, strategy, software, crises, and growth. I care deeply about how things feel—not just how they function. I believe culture is built in the small moments, that good operations are invisible when they work well, and that care and accountability are not opposites. As Director of Operations, I led the day-to-day functioning of the business—from systems and strategy to team culture and client experience. I handled hiring, onboarding, payroll, insurance billing, scheduling, practice management software, marketing, crisis response, and growth planning. If it needed doing, I figured out how to do it—with clarity, heart, and a deep commitment to the humans we served.Over my five years here, I helped the practice double in size, implement more ethical and transparent systems, and weather enormous transitions with steadiness and care. My work lived at the intersection of operational excellence and emotional intelligence. I brought order to chaos, built trust through consistency, and always prioritized the well-being of the team and our clients.
