The common misconception is that leadership development is a purely intellectual exercise. We assume if we just find the right strategy, people will follow. My belief is that true, sustainable change happens when we activate the whole person—integrating their minds, bodies, and spirits. For an organization to truly fulfill its mission, its people must be fully present and connected to the work on a deeper level. This is the core ethos of my work at Strategy and Leadership.
