   Promoted to the senior Human Resources executive role to elevate human capital management after the merger of Swift Transportation (the industry leader) and Knight Transportation, one of the industry’s most profitable companies. In a role reporting directly to the CFO, define and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports overarching business objectives. Manage a 50-member team with 9 direct reports. Increased employee engagement Net Promoter Score (NPS) by 35 points total to +40 in 2020. Initially increased from +5 to +25 in 5 years (20••••15) with an additional increase to +40 in 3 years (20••••20). Accelerated time to fill (TTF) on 300+ requisitions from 50 days to 35 days with average 95% quality of hire scores by propagating Swift’s robust human resources and recruiting practices across the larger, newly merged Knight-Swift Logistics organization. Attained zero cause findings on external agency investigations and complaints, based on vibrant internal problem resolution. Implemented Infinium ERP and HRIS system across the Knight organization.
