Current role: Risk Manager- Risk and Compliance We help to prevent, detect and remediate transgressions. A critical part of detecting misconduct is thoroughly researching all allegations of delinquency reported to activity across all business segments. We also partner and lead in monitoring, case analytics, and resource coordination to improve and create process implementation. I started my career, here at Verizon, in the Retail channel in 2010 in the legacy Great Lakes market. In my tenure I have transitioned through various roles in the consumer space as a Solutions and General Manager to then the SMB business segment. I then relocated as an SMB manager to NY. I was awarded Winners Circle Recipient in 2011, and was able to lead and develop others in achieving outstanding results in her leadership roles. I have over 16 years of management experience including 8 years at Verizon, and has been a leader in each role she has occupied.*All opinions are my own
