Key performance indicators include an increase in staff engagement to 80%+ across all channels. • Oversaw website redesign and relaunch, leading team delivery and approving all key decisions to ensure accessibility and user-centred design.• Led initial phase of Future Working project creating recommendations for a hybrid working model to pilot, which incorporated lessons learned during COVID restrictions, aligned with the direction of public sector bodies and met the needs of the business and employees. The hybrid model proposed was approved by Senior Executive Team and Strategic Advisory Group, successfully trialled and adopted by the agency with only minor adjustments, demonstrating my robust approach.• Developed and implemented new strategic approach for involvement at Royal Highland Show. Focussed on showcasing key projects and establishing Scottish Forestry as thought leaders in priority areas.
