Responsibilities-Responsible for the overall management of our education and outreach programming-Primary focus will be educating regarding the cancer experience and any other information that helps to support and empower the patient/family/caregiver adjusting to a cancer diagnosis, treatment and survivorship-Collaborate with Foundation staff and local communities to align resources for maximum impact-Overall management of all Survive and Thrive program activities including but not limited to: educational symposiums, virtual camps, educational webinars, patient/caregiver resources and ambassadors-Review current education and outreach program/initiatives and materials for the purpose of tracking outcomes and making recommendations for program improvement and future planning-Work with Foundation Executive Director and staff to identify, define, and develop funding sources to support existing survivorship programs while seeking opportunities to enhance and expand educational opportunities including local fundraising activities-Other internal and external program and event support as needed-Involves frequent interaction with staff, patients and the public
