Review authorization requests received from providers or a customer service queue and gather information, review, approve or collaborate with a Medical Director for additional clinical review as appropriate- Educates providers on utilization and medical management processes- Enters and maintains pertinent clinical information in the medical management systems- Sensitivity to cultural diversity and to making accommodations available to provide services to a diverse population.
