ABOUT RACHEL LOFTSPRING
I help clients build families through surrogacy as well as egg, sperm, and embryo donation. My clients are intended parents and surrogates, genetic and non-genetic parents, recipients and donors, married and single, from the United States and all over the world, and of all sexual orientations and gender identities.I am a Partner in the Fertility Law practice at The Family Law & Fertility Law Group and an ART Fellow of the prestigious Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys. I speak regularly at conferences, events, and online (see below).Outside of my legal practice, I support those going through infertility through my work with the Jewish Fertility Foundation, where I served as Chair of its national Board of Directors.
