About Rachel Lobaugh

I’ve spent the past few years growing within agency media, progressing from Assistant to Media Supervisor while working on national brands and integrated campaigns. My day-to-day work focuses on cross-channel media planning, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams, and translating research and performance data into clear, actionable strategy. I care a lot about making complex information easier to understand and helping teams feel aligned around a shared direction. Outside of my agency role, I’m a Co-Founder and Strategy Director of Oklahoma Film Exchange. I help oversee programming, partnerships, fundraising, and long-term planning. Building something from the ground up has expanded how I think about audience engagement, operations, and sustainable growth. It has also reminded me how much I enjoy working at the intersection of culture and strategy.I value thoughtful collaboration and clear communication, and I do my best work on teams that genuinely enjoy building things together.
