   Aldevron is the world’s leading manufacturer of plasmid DNA, as well as a manufacturer of RNA and proteins, supporting over 40 Covid-19 vaccine programs globally as well as significant research grade, clinical and commercial products in cell and gene therapy for global pharmaceutical, academic and other R&D customers. Transitioned Aldevron from a private equity and founder-owned and managed company to a publicly-traded Danaher operating company, increasing value from private equity firm’s $3.6 billion purchase price in October 2019 to $9.6 billion sale in August 2021. A principal liaison with outside directors, financial advisors and legal counsel in managing expedited auction process and responsible for significant legal aspects of the transaction.
