ABOUT RACHEL LANZON
I am currently a 4th grade teacher in Glendale, AZ. Before starting my career in education, I worked in recruiting for a little over 4 years. I always wanted to live and work abroad, so I jumped when the opportunity presented itself! I moved to the town of Zhangjiagang in China and then to Shanghai. While living in China, I fell in love with teaching and re-enrolled in school to complete my teaching certificate. Upon returning to the US, I began teaching at the 6th-grade level. Following my first year in 4th grade, I won an award for the highest state test scores in math and ELA out of all grades k-8. I love what I do, I have a passion for traveling, and enjoy connecting with others who feel the same!
