I am an ambitious and highly motivated leader and project manager with over 20 years experience within the transport planning field working on various projects throughout the UK and Middle East. Interest focused in active travel and road safety engineering. PRINCE2 Practitioner and hold the APM Project Management Qualification(PMQ) and ECITB accredited Advance Behaviours for Leaders qualification.Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI), Member of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (MCIHT) and Member of the Society of Road Safety Auditors (MSoRSA) following completion of the RoSPA Road Safety Engineering Accident Investigation and Prevention course. Currently Transport Planning Lead responsible for supporting the construction of a nuclear power station to ensure that the project meets with its Development Consent Order transport requirements and management plans: the Construction Workforce Travel Plan, Traffic Management Plan and Traffic Incident Management Plan.Working within the Site Operations Team on a nuclear new build construction project has enabled me to successfully complete- NEC (New Engineering Contract) TSC Contract Training- Managing Safely in Construction EDF Energy Nuclear New Build (a course approved and validated by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Heath)- ECITB accredited Emergency Arrangements Incident Management- Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS)- CITB Health, Safety and Environment for Managers and Professionals- EPR Foundation Course
