Managing SBSS application. Stock and Bond Security System used by CITI\'s Global Asset Servicing and Income Processing Desk to provide custodial services to client accounts held at CITI. The system collects and processes Income and Corporate Action Announcements from depositaries and third party vendors for Income, Mandatory and Voluntary events; scheduled payments are posted to institutional clients\' INTRAM/ DDA accounts; tracks client entitlements, tracks client instructions for Voluntary Corporate Actions, sends instruction confirmations, sends SWIFT and Fax notifications to all clients for all stages of the events\' life cycle. SDLC Lifecycle compliance: FRD, Technical Design, Build, SIT/UAT, Defect Management, Implementation and post implementation/ BAU Production Support. As an Application Manager directly responsible for gathering user requirements, working with Operations and Product development executives identifying issues, planning direction, formulating strategy & implementing technical solutions. DTCC Corporate Action Transformation: ISO20022; CANO, CACO, CAPA. T+2 Settlement. Yearly ISO 15022 and 20022 SWIFT compliance: MT564, MT565, MT566, MT567, MT568. Tax processing and compliance: NRA, ADR, 1042, FATCA, TEFRA. Ongoing support of INCOME events (GNMA, FNMA, FHLMC, CMO, Registered Bond Interest, Cash Dividends, Coupon Bonds/Agencies), MANDATORY Corporate Actions (Full/Partial Calls, Maturities, Liquidations, Mandatory Exchanges & Mergers, Stock Splits, Stock Dividends, Reverse Splits) and VOLUNTARY Corporate Actions (Tenders, Consents, Conversions, Puts, Warrants). Extensive in-bound interfacing support with depositories: DTCC (ISO 20022), FRB (BAPI, BAAF, BAAI, BAAR, BASD bulk files, Fed Broadcast); ABSG (various monthly and daily Factor interfaces: GNMA, FNMA, FHLMC and CMO); Bloomberg. Mainframe Disaster Recovery with periodic DR testing.
