   Reporting directly to the Chief of Transformation, oversee the organization\'s strategic and long-range goal planning by driving strategic initiatives. Manage a team to support cross-functional project and program efforts. Responsible for the development and implementation of the project management best practices to assist in a more streamlined process for project intake and project planning. Assist executive leadership on business unit-specific KPI meetings, by capturing key results and new objectives, as well as tracking and delegating next steps. Provide organizational program and project priority recommendations to executive leadership. Maximize the utilization and effectiveness of resources while sharing resources and balancing priorities with others involved. Identify organizational risks within program, project, or processes, and suggest means of mitigation. Lead and execute Office of Transformation’s high-level project updates, to the entire organization, driving change and transparency. Enable governance and organizational understanding of project management best practices. Active involvement in the creation and execution of various departmental workflow plans, seeing through its entire life cycle; development, implementation, and adoption. Conduct stakeholder status reviews of organizational goals and objectives to identify roadblocks to progress. Develop reporting and tools to communicate strategic plans and concepts to leadership. Actively mentor four individuals within other departments of Leaf Home. Special projects and duties as assigned by the Executive leadership.
