ABOUT RACHEL KNIGHT
Strategic leader with experience setting the vision for and managing multidisciplinary teams across digital, content, marketing, design and product. I’ve held three senior roles at RNID, including during significant organisational change. Currently Head of Digital Platforms and Website, I lead the strategic development of RNID’s website and associated digital platforms and products, managing specialists in product management, digital content, user experience, and content and interaction design. As Head of Digital, I led a function covering service design, agile delivery, user and audience research, and website and digital products. Previously, as Head of Content and Conversion, I oversaw content, email marketing, supporter journeys, and digital acquisition and conversion, ultimately driving income, engagement, membership and long-term value.RNID supports the 18 million people in the UK who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus. The organisation provides healthcare information, products and services; funds world-class research; and works to make society and employers more inclusive. I bring significant experience in strategy, operational planning, line and capacity management, budget management, and managing external agencies. I am a Trustee at Cambridge Film Trust, the charity that runs Cambridge Film Festival.
