Program management is my sweet spot. I am skilled in moving existing programs - smart ideas - from surviving to thriving by strengthening the operations and culture through an equity-centered, values-forward approach - all in service of children.I believe the greatest impact begins with mutually respectful, trusting relationships and so I seek to partner with people who are thoughtful, ambitious, and grounded in order to make long-lasting improvements in our education system and citizenship. I bring experience in the classroom, as a district leader, as a consultant who has partnered with over 80 district superintendents, and as a program developer. I am skilled at project management, building effective teams, strategic visioning, and implementing sustainable systems.
