Our Human Insight Platform enables teams to test, learn, and iterate quickly, delivering rich, qualitative insights that drive better customer experiences, product decisions, and business outcomes.I joined as a BDR in late February 2025 and, within four months, was entrusted as the sole BDR supporting the Corporate segment following a restructuring- Currently, I partner with 7 Account Executives to manage schedules, balance new account distribution, and ensure seamless coordination- Drove immediate impact as the sole BDR for the Corporate segment by implementing new strategies and restructuring workflows, resulting in faster quota achievement and a 2x increase in pipeline within the next month- Handle all inbound corporate inquiries, qualifying prospects to facilitate more successful outcomes and driving engagement through tailored conversations- Execute multi-channel prospecting, leveraging phone, email, and LinkedIn to expand outreach- Maintain deep knowledge of our platform to effectively communicate value across multiple business functions and use cases- Adapt and improve messaging by incorporating prospect feedback and performance insights to better align with buyer needs- Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities, driving growth within existing accounts and new business opportunities - Collaborate with marketing to help create a seamless client experience, driving long-term retention and growth while providing feedback on lead quality and campaign performance- Maintain accurate and detailed records of prospecting activity in Salesforce to ensure visibility and support informed decision-making.
