Learning & Communications Manager @Thrive
I sit within the People team working within both Learning & Development and Internal Communications, taking the lead on organisational culture, ensuring THRIVE\'s vision, mission and values are embedded across the business. I manage the L&D for all employees from welcoming new starters into the business with an engaging onboarding day to our manager, Spark @ THRIVE programme. I also work alongside department leads to create bespoke training programmes for employees relevant to their roles alongside working with our Internal Coach on THRIVEwide company sessions. I also manage our internal communications calendar running inspiring campaigns on topical issues, D&I, awareness days and company updates. People & culture are super important to me and my next project is to create more face to face events to bring people from different departments together including organising the company wide Summer party. Ultimately my goal is to make THRIVE the best place to work, learn & grow.
