Having joined FIducia Group just before the Covid lockdown, I\'m enormously proud in spite of it being a challenging 12 months, by the end of 2020 the business was in a stronger position than it had been at the start of the year. In 2021 we continued to go from strength to strength. For me this speaks volumes about the company and it\'s people. We really do bring a unique approach to Financial Solutions. Our philosophy is simple, we want our clients to experience a level of service they can recommend. It\'s great knowing that I play my part in that. I oversee operations day-to-day, making key decisions across all 5 areas of the business. My role is diverse but as a quick snapshot: Contributing to strategies to grow the business and continuously improve our services. Financial responsibilities including monitoring cashflow and expenditure. Evaluation systems and processes, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Recruitment, training and development, attracting and retaining high-caliber, talented people. Building a strong professional network with Solicitors, Accountants and Financial Practices. I love that we are a business who genuinely look after our people and support their career aspirations. This includes sponsoring formal qualifications, as well as placing our people on our academy program to become a fully diploma qualified Financial Adviser Our people are extremely important to us and they have a voice which is listened to. I am ambitious and have always been driven to achieve, this ambition isn\'t just for myself but for the people I work for and with.
