Screening of resume for suitable requirements.• Conveying all information regarding job requirement to candidate including roles and responsibility, pay rate, and contract duration etc.• Negotiation on pay rate• Submitting candidate to the client for suitable position on SAP (Field glass).• Searching resume using Boolean string/Job searches on job portals such as Career builder, Monster, Indeed, Linkedn and also on Job Diva.Working on Aerospace and defence, Automotive Clients i.e. FEV, Denso Ten, Rivian Automotive, Moog, Lucid Automotive, Pari Robotics and many more.• Taking follow up of candidate on getting shortlisted, ensuring his/her availability for interview.• Issuing all offer letters and other necessary documents such as W2,W4 I9 and getting them back after being duly filled and signed.• Mailing background team for Background verification and drug test of the candidate, provide necessary information to Timesheet team and concerned department for salary part.• Familiarity with the tools like Applicant tracking system (Ceipal, Job diva).• Aware with US tax terms 1099, W2,C2C• Work experience with direct client on VMS(Vendor Management system), ATS (Applicant tracking system)• Better understanding of various kind of all US visas and other Employment authorization documents (EAD), issued by government of US.• Aware about all US standard time and their time lag with Indian standard time (IST)• Understanding of employment cycle and work flow changing pattern with changing months
