Rachel is a results-driven experienced leader of Deloitte Canada’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) client services practice. Rachel specializes in helping her clients drive equitable outcomes, identify and manage workplace culture risks, and comply with employment equity and accessibility regulations. Rachel was named one of 15 Global Emerging Leaders in 2020 by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) for her leadership assessing culture, diversity, equity and inclusion programs, and other people processes/risks.
