Coaching and Editing for Academics I work with historians and other qualitative scholars as a developmental editor and publication coach. Whether you\'re a faculty member, independent scholar, or PhD student, I\'m here to help you navigate academia’s unspoken expectations and publish your research.In addition to developmental editing, I provide line editing, copyediting, and editing for career advancement (e.g, CVs, cover letters, tenure and promotion files). I am particularly successful at editing grant and fellowship applications; in the past six years, my clients have been awarded >$1.7M in fellowships, including postdocs.As publication coach, I help create plans for publication, give editorial feedback, hold clients accountable, cheer clients on, and demystify the entire process. My clients and I work one-on-one to identify their needs and goals and formulate an approach that works for their body-mind. I recently reached 575 hours of private coaching.
