ABOUT RACHEL HUBBARD

I am an energetic person who works to overcome complex barriers in assisted living communities with dynamic thought and extreme tenacity. I\'ve learned to perform tasks related to budgeting, managing staff members, and quickly identifying issues which are not in accordance with state guidelines; I also mastered the best practices for communicating with patients and their families. I currently serve as the Operational Specialist AL/MC for Sodalis Senior Living in San Marcos, TX. My experiences having to lead teams effectively in personal and professional settings, as well as the many opportunities I had to engage with older populations in healthcare environments prior to beginning my training and job, provide me valuable insight which I utilize to fulfill my role. Therefore, I strive to not only continuously improve and refine our infrastructure but also to ensure that our residents have access to the quality care they deserve.
