In 2006, I opened our flagship Rasa Spa in Ithaca at the Cayuga Wellness Center which is an integrative health-care facility including the Island Health & Fitness Center, Cayuga Medical Center\'s physical therapy outpatient department, Cayuga Center for Healthy Living, Cayuga Cardiology, Cayuga Sports Medicine, and more. Rasa is dedicated to offering exquisite whole health care in our services including bodywork, skincare, meditation, yoga, spa treatments, waxing, and more. In October 2012, we expanded to offer a space for workshops, classes, and retreats. Rasa has become a haven for a wonderful cross section of our local community as well as visitors to Ithaca. In 2018 we opened our second location in Watkins Glen and in July 2021 we helped open the Spa at the Inns of Aurora. Currently, we are focusing our efforts at our flagship location in Ithaca and no longer operating in other communities. Soon we will be opening a couple of treatment rooms in beautiful Library Place in Ithaca as well as opening up The Waterfront Cafe in the Cayuga Wellness Center building where Rasa lives. We\'re branching out to deepen our wellness approach and entering the world on nutrition. I\'m interested in connecting with other alternative health-care providers as well as women in business in particular. I\'d like to increase our connection with other corporations and have more local businesses utilize Rasa as a part of their wellness and corporate gift plan. Our affiliation with Cayuga Medical Center allows us to work more closely with the western medical community and offer our services to people with serious healthcare needs. We offer Lymphatic Drainage, Medical Massage, Acupuncture. and Reiki as a part of our menu. Specialties: Rasa carries all natural and organic product lines, collaborated with local artists to create our warm environment, and supports other local crafts people in our boutique.

   We opened The Waterfront Cafe in December of 2023 to offer diverse nourishing options for the Cayuga Wellness Center and the greater Ithaca community. Our mission is clear: to champion wellness for every client, patient, and Cayuga Wellness Center community member. Located on the beautiful inlet of Cayuga Lake offering waterside outdoor seating in season and a comfy indoor atmosphere year round. Our vision is to be more than just a cafe; we strive to be a vital component of your wellness journey, where every bite contributes to your health and satisfaction.
