As a Senior Spa Manager my duties include leading the Spa and Salon services and retail staff in the promoting and providing of sales, services, and products that exceed customer expectations. Helping drive revenue and oversee the department’s operations, financial levels, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsible for the overall direction, hiring/staffing, coordination, and supervision of the LifeSpa Department team members including Licensed Professional cosmetologists and coordinator staff.
