The Employee Engagement role focuses on the bettering of the entirety of the employee lifecycle experience by creating programs and resources to improve recruitment strategies, retention efforts and development opportunities for an organization of over employees.•Developing and executing a portfolio with 9 active programs and 12 projects that focus on organizational development for engineering services and field operations employees.•Analyzing data and benchmarking programs against industry standards to ensure high quality while researching new trends and insights to innovate on behalf of employees.•Measuring quality and impact of programs through surveys and focus groups to collect feedback directly from the Employees to promote continuous improvement.
