Lead the program controls team on complex, high risk projects- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and functional organizations to understand requirements and operational needs- Acquire resources for projects and processes, providing technical management. Plans, commits, and controls the deployment of resources in response to customer, program, and business requirements- Manage and oversee IPT Line of Balances (LOBs) to drive 95% on-time cost/schedule/quality performance for the program- Provide day to day leadership, support, and execution of program control functions for the program office- Oversee the development and maintenance of the program schedule(s), the integration and maintenance of cost and schedule integration, reporting of cost/schedule performance – both internally and externally, and the oversite and general integration of finance into the program battle rhythm- Interface with management throughout the Enterprise from different functional areas to provide leadership and coordination- Adhere to Program Management functional processes (SLPs & SOPs) as well as ensuring that enterprise infrastructure, tools, and processes support the needs of the program
