ABOUT RACHEL HEISTEN
I co-founded LifeWork to help leaders discover their purpose and nurture their people, by turning people pain into joy and fulfillment at work and in life. My consultative approach is a blend of natural empathy, legal training, and strategic focus, no matter the challenge. I led teams of professionals at a large global company for almost a decade, so I know first-hand what it\'s like for leaders trying to do it all- lead projects, hire and keep the best people, manage and coach (but know the difference!), take care of team members and themselves, manage upward, anticipate what\'s next, achieve professional and personal goals, maintain harmony in your work and life, and keep your cool. I know from experience that it\'s not easy, and perhaps impossible- to do all of that well all the time. But I also know that when the right elements are in place, the joys of leadership are vast, and so worth it. Our clients feel the very real and often personal pain of losing employees to other companies, of unhealthy conflict and toxicity, of lost profits due to failed communication and outdated processes.
