Assume the role of Construction Risk Manager and Construction Loan Monitor to major national financial institutions including but not limited to: Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, TD Bank, Citi Bank. • Perform monthly reporting and analysis of 25+ projects including: review and approval of requests for funding, fielding and assessing potential and upcoming risks within the project and overall monthly analysis of schedule, budget, contingencies, permits and violations. • Review Trade Agreements, Construction Budgets, Construction Schedules, full Construction Drawing sets including specifics on ADA / UFAS requirements, review city agency permits and zoning approvals, Environmental Reports and Geotechnical Reports. • Ensure active projects are in compliance with all Freddie Mac / Fannie Mae / specific Client requirements. • Build and maintain relationships with major financial institutions including informing the client of upcoming and potential risks associated with the project providing solutions to mitigate risks.
