About Rachel Gause

My 23 year + career in the Space and Defense industry has had a focus in Program Management that includes Project Management, Production/ATLO, Subcontract/Supply Chain, and Integrated Planning. I possess the skill set required of an effective leader and communicator that brings teams together to collaborate on common goals and solutions while producing effective results. I led my team to a successful Preliminary Design Review for a Cislunar Spacecraft program. Other highlights include recovering a negative $16M performance deficit over a two-year period while also managing $40M in customer engineering change proposals to the overall contract in that same period resulting in full contract recovery. The success of my team was awarded with direct government customer accolades and 100% award fee. My diverse background working across the country has given me the unique opportunity to work in many cultural environments with different dynamics, products and processes. This background has provided me a broad network of resources across many functional teams and programs. I have gained much respect for this network giving me the ability to develop relationships that produce success in a variety of environments.
