A dedicated communications expert, with 10yrs of experience working in fast-paced, integrated agencies and large, in-house corporate environments.I have experience across: project managing, stakeholder engagement, consumer, trade and corporate PR, events, influencer partnerships, website and brand strategy, paid/organic social strategy, media training and content creation including photography, videography and social media. My time in agencies saw me responsible for the effective and profitable running of client portfolios. This included managing all finances inc forecasting and agency resourcing, building senior client and stakeholder relationships, developing both client and agency strategies and products, overseeing the quality execution and measurement of campaigns across all agency departments. As a senior manager / account director, I brought in new business and agency revenues, working within wider loop-agency teams. My PR specialisms are in FMCG, retail, media and advertising, and professional hygiene.At HSBC, I am part of a customer communications transformation programme, focussed on delivering best in class comms for our customers. My role as a strategy and planning manager is to enable our delivery teams, through improved processes, simplified platforms and supporting our people. Responsibilities include strategic prioritisation of customer comms deliverables, effective 12 month runway planning and backlog management, comms performance management and optimisation, and stakeholder engagement.
