About Rachel Foxhoven
At the core of my career and passion is a deep desire to support and enable people and systems to change. This interest has taken several shapes throughout my career and volunteerism, and each has offered me new insights, frameworks, and techniques for enabling change. In this pursuit I have-Built systems and processes to enable data-driven decision making in higher education recruiting, enrollment, and student success initiatives -Increased the capacity and readiness of teams to engage in difficult conversations, enabling them to deepen their commitment to equity and skillful conflict engagement -Led teams through process improvements based on agile methodology including CRM adoptions -Spearheaded the creation and execution of service area re-designs based on statistical analysis, stakeholder engagement, competitive analysis, and an equity lens -Utilized international experiences and cultural education to catalyze perspective change -Created spaces and opportunities for people to connect across trauma and crime -Embedded and supported restorative justice programming into the Oregon prison system to drive change from the inside out -Supported the next generation of business leaders in gaining the tools for personal and organizational transformation In my approaches to change management, I am informed by research and best practices in organizational development, industrial psychology, conflict resolution, behavior change, and social and environmental change movements. Utilizing these frameworks, curiosity, and deep listening I create sustainable change initiatives that capitalize on the wisdom of internal change agents and Key Competencies: Strategic Planning & Operations Change Management Stakeholder Engagement Conflict Resolution Facilitation & Mediation Human Centered Design Coaching & Staff Development Program Management Program Evaluation Project Management Primary & Secondary Research Fiscal Resource Management
