I work as part of the in-house legal team at Mourant Governance Services. I have previously worked in private practice advising on offshore investment fund structures, with a particular focus on real estate, private equity and digital asset structures. I advise on areas including fund establishment, life-cycle and investor relations, fund regulation, asset acquisition/disposal and financing. I read English Law and French Law at the University of Exeter and the University of Rennes, before training as a solicitor. Outside of work, I enjoy rugby and horse riding, and I sing with the St Peter\'s Singers at Exeter Cathedral.
