   TOAST is a UK-based clothing and lifestyle brand rooted in preserving traditional craft and collaborating with artisans to produce thoughtfully made garments and homewares. I was part of the team that opened the brand’s US flagship in the West Village and was promoted to Manager within two months after becoming one of the company’s top-performing salespeople. As part of a three-person management team, I oversee daily store operations, support CRM and client communications, and train and mentor staff to ensure exceptional client experiences. I also partner with marketing and creative teams to lead community-facing programming and branded events, while gathering customer insights and maintaining operational systems that support both team performance and the integrity of the TOAST brand.
