As owner and managing director of Specialist Security Co, I am ultimately responsible for all aspects of service delivery and leadership that is driven by a strong, inclusive culture. I have a passion to \'do the right thing\' and my business is underpinned by this principal. The customer is the focus of our organisation and our processes have been developed organically by a desire to improve their experience.Specialist Security runs a 24-hour operation, allowing us to deploy monitored and managed security officers at any time, day or night. Our extensive range of security services include the installation and monitoring of CCTV and alarm systems, as well as mobile patrols and lock up services.The company is accredited with ISO9001:2015 and we are a Security Industry Authority approved contractor. We also maintain health and safety standards that enable us to hold CHAS accreditation. My company also holds the Investors in People accreditation and is a member of the BSIA (British Security Industry Association) where I take an active role both as a committee member at national level and the regional chair for the security guarding section.
