ABOUT RACHEL FISET

Rachel Fiset is the co-founder and managing partner of RFZ Law. Ms. Fiset’s trial practice includes varied state and federal complex civil litigation on behalf of Plaintiffs and Defendants, white-collar criminal matters, and government and internal investigations. In 2018, Ms. Fiset left a large international firm with a clear mission - to build a powerhouse woman-owned law firm where she could take on the clients and matters of her choosing. Since forming RFZ Law, Ms. Fiset has been involved in multiple high stakes litigation on behalf of Plaintiffs and Defendants and has secured multiple trial victories and successful settlements on behalf of her clients. Ms. Fiset has been involved in some of the highest profile matters in the country, including representing the whistleblower in an SEC enforcement action that resulted in a $4.6 billion verdict for fraudulent statements made by a crypto-currency company and its founder. Ms. Fiset defended an unindicted co-conspirator in the complaint against councilmember Jose Huizar in an alleged ‘Pay-to-Play’ scheme and currently represents clients who were the victims of a $60 million Ponzi scheme resulting in multiple forged deeds on their properties. In the last year alone, Ms. Fiset has secured millions of dollars for Plaintiffs in cases involving catastrophic personal injury, fraudulent dealings and wrongful discharge. Ms. Fiset does not shy away from large complex cases - she pursues them with vigor to reach the right result for each client.Ms. Fiset is adept at media strategy and is often sought for her legal expertise by various news outlets around the world where she can regularly be seen offering commentary on her own cases and newsworthy events. She is recognized as a \"Super Lawyer,\"\"Top White Collar Lawyer,\"\"Top Woman Lawyer,\" and a Los Angeles Attorney \"Woman of Influence\" by top legal and business journals. RFZ Law is Chambers ranked, recognized by the Daily Journal as a Top Boutique Law Firm in California, and a \"Best Law Firm\" by U.S. News and World Report.Prior to founding RFZ Law, Ms. Fiset clerked for the Hon. Consuelo Marshall in the Central District of California and worked at top international law firms, including Quinn Emanuel. Ms. Fiset is a member of the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF), the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), and the Women’s White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA). Ms. Fiset attended college on a full athletic scholarship playing tennis for Purdue University.
