About Rachel Evanow
I never thought I’d be an introvert in an extrovert world! My move into recruitment was non-traditional; I started in early childhood education, thought I wanted to be a nail technician, and landed in the staffing industry and never looked back! I love to be part of the happy side of HR, making connections between candidates and my company. Since we spend so much time of our lives at work, I want to connect candidates to their dream job so they can walk into work and feel like they have a positive impact. When I’m not recruiting, I’m probably reading the latest thriller or rom-com, rewatching any Marvel movie (let’s be honest, anything on Disney+), getting caffeinated on too much coffee, or trying to be the best mama I can to my wonderful, silly daughter.
