ABOUT RACHEL ERNST
My goal is to be the best leader I can for my students and staff. My experience as an educator has provided me with a wealth of knowledge to help make the education system better and more responsive to the needs of all students. To date I have had the privilege of working at two large, public schools in a leadership capacity. The first one being a senior elementary school where I was responsible for overseeing 21 full-time teachers as well as 2 paraprofessionals, and 6 adjunct instructors that provided specialized training in classroom technology
