ABOUT RACHEL ERDMANN
Drawn to the performing arts from a young age, I grew to realize that I love the art of world-making. As a result, I’ve come to see that my innate passion for building fictional worlds goes hand-in-hand with a desire to reimagine and rebuild our real one.I’m Rachel Erdmann—a performing artist, social activist, teacher, environmentalist, and facilitator—committed to fostering positive and lasting change. My work is grounded in service, and I strive to help build resilient, self-sufficient, and sustainable communities where differences are embraced as a source of collective strength. My experience as an intern for the National Coalition for Dialogue & Deliberation (NCDD) has opened my eyes to the importance of civic engagement in a democratic society. My plan is to use the skills that I have acquired from this experience and many others to serve my community in the near future.
