o Serve as sole in-house legal counsel supporting Goodway Group and its affiliates and manage relationships with external law firms in the US and UK.o Manage legal team that assists with contract reviews, miscellaneous legal requests, and trainings and communications about the legal process, different contract types, and legal and legislative updates and issues related to the marketing and advertising industry in the United States, European Union, and United Kingdom. o Partner with executive leadership to determine the company’s risk tolerance in various areas including contracting, litigation, operations, human resources, regulatory updates and matters, and finance.o Serve as main point of contact for all litigation efforts, managing external counsel, and working with leadership to determine strategies and a path towards a solution. o Review and negotiate all client, vendor, and platform contracts on behalf of the company, totaling over $400M annually.o Manage employee and other internal legal issues, supporting and protecting the organization. o Review and update company policies and advise and assist with drafting of new company policies or other employee documents.o Serve on cross-functional team responsible for privacy, security, and data governance assessments.o Lead cross-functional SOC 2 compliance team. o Manage trademark applications, renewals, and evidence submissions.
