ABOUT RACHEL WILSON

Originally from Frederick, Maryland, my passion for music and theatre started at a young age as a performer. As I have gotten older and gained more experience in the entertainment industry, I have taken interest in more technical and managerial roles of the performing arts world, where I found my love for live production management. I graduated from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey with my Bachelor of Arts in Music with a concentration in Music Industry and minors in Theatre and Musical Theatre in the Spring of 2021. Since graduating college, I have been working in several different production positions at Live Nation Venues. At Monmouth, I was a part of nearly every production during my 4 years, only missing one when studying abroad in London. I performed in \'Hair\' and \'Steel Magnolias\' and served in many technical roles including Director, Stage Manager, Assistant Stage Manager, and Deck Crew for all other Monmouth productions. I was also heavily involved with MU Players, Monmouth\'s student-run theatre company, and served three years as an executive officer in the positions of Technical Director, President, and Vice-President. Additionally, I was inducted into the theatre honors society, Alpha Psi Omega, in the Spring of 2019 and served as the Historian and Vice President of the organization.During my time at Live Nation, I have been able to advance from starting as a Production Assistant at the historical Warner Theatre in Washington DC. I have also had the opportunity to serve as a Production Runner for larger amphitheater and stadium shows during the summers. As the Backstage Experience Coordinator at the Warner Theatre, I had the opportunity to produce memorable experiences and exceptional hospitality for a variety of different acts as they stop through the Warner. I am currently a Production Coordinator at the Warner, as well as at the arena level in the DMV area. In 2023, I had the honor of being recognized on both a Venue and National level receiving two awards: 2023 Live Nation Region 2 Rockstar Backstage Experience Coordinator, and the Warner Theatre 2023 Brian Mann Supervisor Award. Currently, I am based in Miami, Florida serving as the Production Manager at the Fillmore Miami Beach, a Live Nation venue. I love being a small piece in the large puzzle that makes live events happen. As my career grows, I hope to continue to be a part of the production of live entertainment, whether that be as a part of local or touring crews.
