Works directly with Chief Communications and Marketing Officer on media planning/relations, event coverage and internal/external communications- Manages editorial calendar and drafts press releases for the organization’s website (i.e. event updates, personnel/company announcements, etc.)- Acts as press officer for domestic and international competitions, and works closely with media members to ensure needs are met (i.e. coordinating athlete interviews, providing start sheets and schedules, etc.)- Leads the credentialing and event operations process for our premier events, including: approving/denying credential requests, disseminating information to our media lists, providing diagrams of media areas within each venue, and creating media-centric schedules of each competition.
