Provide verbal, written, and drawn art directional feedback to ensure art style consistency and high level art is maintained Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Leads, the 3D Department, Programming, Level Designers, Producers, Game Designers, and Engineers to identify visual needs, establish the game\'s visual progress, and ensure alignment with business objectives Interview, test, onboard, and train new artists Initiate and facilitate meetings to resolve visual game issues or support visual improvement progress Create concept and production art assets Manage internal resources to provide direction, feedback, and task assignments; ensuring timely completion to meet deadlines Generate exciting and comprehensive concept designs and illustrations that showcase the visual style and execution for the game Define the artistic vision for games within the portfolio and collaborate with the production team onthe overall creative vision of our games Establish visual standards and benchmarks; provide recommendations to improve overall quality Create paint-overs, mockups, or draw-overs to illustrate changes and improvements to the game\'s visuals Manage and provide art direction on all aspects of a game\'s visual design and UI Problem-solve and identify new techniques, workflows, and technologies to drive quality and improve development Collaborate with the internal multi-disciplinary team of Artists and UI/UX Designers Participate in creative brainstorm sessions with Creative Directors, Artists, and Designers Communicate with Executive Stakeholders within the company to ensure the product vision and quality benchmarks are being met, maintaining the authenticity of the characters and worlds Creatively manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines and expectations Contribute to the creation of an inspiring studio culture that fuels cross-disciplinary creativity
