My passion is people and as a loan specialist I want to create competitive, competent and valuable services to my clients. I specialize in working with the Spanish market. This underserved market has long been overlooked and minimized due in part to the complexity of their files. I have worked strenuously to understand and simplify the process to overcome both structural and cultural differences and make a more seamless experience. I enjoy analyzing financial information to create positive credit profiles for the prospective home buyer. I am organized, structured, goal oriented and an exceptional business woman. As a loan officer, inter-personal skills are essential to success. I am thoughtful and excellent at creating long standing relationships which works to diffuse conflict and find a positive long-term outcome. I ensure that I do what I say I am going to do, when I say I am going to do it. I maintain close contact with my clients from application, processing and attend every closing that is humanly possible. While there are surprises in the loan industry my goal is to learn from every loan, and prepare my clients for a seamless and smooth experience that will make them clients and referral partners for life.
