Delivering the LOCAL (Locally Organised Communities Across Lancashire) Manifesto to support and grow the VCSFE (Voluntary, Community, Faith & Social Enterprise) Sector. Working in partnership with infrastructure organisations (such as the Councils for Voluntary Service), the public sector and community stakeholders, we promote and celebrate our VCFSEs, identify gaps and work to level up the sector across the county. We are capacity-building and improving connectivity and resourcing to the sector.
