The Integration and Manufacturing CFO is responsible for all aspects of financial management of the newly established Manufacturing segment for Leidos. Supporting the Defense Systems Sector CFO and the Defense Systems Sector Leadership Team, the Manufacturing CFO reports directly to the Defense Systems Sector CFO and is responsible for rate development and maintenance, accounting, internal controls, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of results for the Manufacturing segment and organization. Manufacturing CFO will be key to driving growth, profitability, and cash flow and will be responsible for implementing a system or processes that allow for integration of manufacturing cost and schedule into program cost and schedule. The Manufacturing CFO will be heavily focused on facilities footprint/usage, driving efficiencies and cost savings in space utilization. The position will also focus on training to include continued business acumen training across the Sector. The Manufacturing CFO will directly interface with the Corporate Controller organization with regards to accounting, tax issues, identifying and resolving complex financial reporting situations, and negotiating indirect and direct rates with the Government. The Manufacturing CFO will work closely with Corporate Development in the objective evaluation, due diligence, and integration of acquisition targets.
